Concept Demo

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

This website is a design concept for a fictional private country club. By browsing it, you agree to these terms.

What this is

• A demo, not a business: the club name, history, pricing, membership tiers, and quotes are invented placeholders for a design demonstration. Nothing is offered for sale.
• No applications: the "Request an Introduction" button is decorative and submits nothing to anyone.
• No membership: reading this page does not make you a member of anything.

How you may use it

Browse the demo as you like. Don't present the concept as a real business, and don't rely on the placeholder prices, history, or amenities for anything — they were written to fill a layout, not to be true.

As-is, no guarantees

The site is provided as a concept demo, as-is, with no warranties and no liability. The gallery tiles and video panel are placeholders; a real build would replace them with genuine imagery.

Third parties

The site is served by a static hosting platform under its own terms. If web fonts or other assets load from third-party services, their terms apply to those services.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
